摘要
针对在地铁基坑混凝土支撑轴力监测中,混凝土支撑轴力测量精度差以及实时性不高的问题,设计了基于嵌入式高精度混凝土支撑轴力实时监测系统。系统实现了振弦式传感器可控激振、测频电路的设计。以基于Cortex-M4内核的STM32F407为主控芯片,通过振弦式传感器对混凝土应力计的应力进行实时监测,监测数据采用RS485总线的方式传输至PC上位机进行处理及显示。系统通过硬件设计及软件修正的方式提高了混凝土应力的测量精度,同时提高了数据处理的实时性。
Due to the measurment low accuracy and poor real-time in the monitoring of Subway Foundation Pit concrete support shaft power,a high-precision embedded real-time monitoring system was designed for concrete support shaft power.System achieved a vibrating wire sensor controlled excitation frequency measurement circuit.Based on the Cortex-M4 core STM32F407 as the master control chip,concrete strain gauges of stress was used to real-time monitoring,data was transmitted by RS485 bus to the PC host computer to be processed and displayed.Measurement accuracy was improved by system hardware design and software correction,as well as real-time data processing.
