基于LabVIEW的医疗设备故障智能诊断系统

Medical Equipment Fault Diagnosis System Based on LabVIEW

为解决现代医疗设备无图纸等技术资料而导致维修难的问题,文中研发一种基于LabVIEW的医疗设备故障智能诊断系统。该系统通过工装对已知工作原理的电路板正常与故障状态时相关测试点进行数据采集与处理,并通过比对分析实现故障诊断。经验证,该系统具有良好的准确度和性能。

To solve the problem of maintaining the modern medical equipment without availabel technical manual,this paper developed an intelligent fault diagnosis system for the medical device based on LabVIEW.The system processed the data from the normal and fault status of the related test points on the circuit board with known working principle by tooling,and completed fault diagnosis through comparison analysis.The experimental results showed that the designed system had good accuracy and performance.
