摘要
本研究以种植于临湘镉、铅复合污染农田中的7个苎麻栽培品种为材料,研究不同苎麻品种在污染农田中的生长情况和重金属富集差异。结果表明,7个苎麻品种均生长良好,其中中苎一号单季生物产量和原麻产量均显著高于其他品种,分别为6 903.45 kg/hm2和820.43 kg/hm2。镉在苎麻不同器官的分布表现为麻壳、麻骨和根中的镉含量较高,原麻中的镉含量较低,铅在苎麻各个器官的分配表现为麻壳、根和叶中的铅含量较高,麻骨和原麻中的铅含量较低。各品种地上部镉、铅含量存在显著差异,中苎一号地上部镉含量为19.89 mg/kg,石阡竹根麻地上部铅含量为9.41 mg/kg,均高于其他品种。中苎一号地上部对镉的提取效率为2.95%,显著高于其他品种,各品种对铅的提取效率差异不显著。因此采用苎麻修复临湘镉、铅复合污染土壤,种植中苎一号可获得最佳的土壤修复效果及经济效益。
Seven varieties of ramie(Boehmeria nivea(L.)Gaud)were planted in the farmland of Linxiang,which had been polluted by cadmium(Cd)and lead(P b).The agronomic characteristics,yield and concentration of Cd and Pb in ramie plant were investigated.The results showed that seven varieties of ramie grew well,and the aboveground biomass and the raw fiber yield of Zhongzhu NO.1was6903.45kg/hm2and820.43kg/hm2,respectively,which were significantly higher than other varieties.The Cd content in husks,woody stem and root was higher than that in raw fier,and the Pb content in husks,root and leaf was higher than that in woody stem and raw fiber.Cd and Pb concentration in ramie shoots were obviously different among seven varieties.The Cd concentration in shoot of Zhongzhu NO.1was19.89m g/kg,and the Pb concentration in shoot of Shiqianzhugenma was9.41m g/kg,which were higher than other varieties.Zhongzhu NO.1had the highest Cd extraction efficiency of2.95%,while the Pb extraction efficiency had no obvious difference in seven varieties.Zhongzhu NO.1produces the greatest repairing effect on the soil polluted by Cd and Pb.
