大黄驱毒汤联合乌司他丁治疗肠瘘合并重症腹腔感染的疗效及对患者血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平的作用研究

Dahuang Qudu decoction combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of intestinal fistula complicated with severe intra-abdominal infection and curative effect of serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 levels

目的:研究大黄驱毒汤联合乌司他丁治疗肠瘘合并重症腹腔感染的疗效其对患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)表达水平的作用。方法 :选取56例肠瘘合并重症腹腔感染患者作为研究对象,将入选患者均分后分别纳入对照组与观察组,对照组给予乌司他丁治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的同时给予自拟大黄驱毒汤治疗,一疗程后评估两组临床疗效,同时观察治疗前、后两组患者血清炎性因子TNF-α、CRP、IL-6的表达水平改变特征。结果:对照组总有效率为71.43%,观察组总有效率为85.71%,观察组临床疗效较对照组良好,P<0.05。治疗后两组患者TNF-α、CRP、IL-6表达水平均较前有所改善,P<0.05;并且治疗后观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:自拟大黄驱毒汤联合乌司他丁治疗肠瘘合并重症腹腔感染疗效明确良好,并可降低血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6的表达水平,控制炎性病变程度及演进。

Objective:To study the Dahuang Qudu decoction combined with ulinastatin treatment of intestinal fistula complicated with severe abdominal infection on the serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)expression level role.Methods:56 cases of intestinal fistula complicated with severe abdominal infection patients as the research object,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given Ulinastatin treatment,observation group were treated with Dahuang Qudu decoction in the control group at the same time,two groups of clinical curative effect evaluation after one course of treatment,and observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with serum inflammatory factor TNF-αalpha and CRP,IL-6 expression level changes.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%.The clinical curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the expression levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were improved,P<0.05;and after treatment,the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Dahuang Qudu decoction combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of intestinal fistula complicated with severe intra-abdominal infection and can reduce the effect of clear good,the expression level of serum TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,control inflammatory lesions and evolution.
