摘要
目的:通过方氏头针联合Rood技术对早期偏瘫患者肢体运动功能障碍的干预,探讨方氏头针对中风偏瘫早期患者肢体运动功能的临床疗效。方法:选取66例中风偏瘫早期患者,用随机数字表法,按照1∶1的比例随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予普通针刺配合Rood技术治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用方氏头针治疗,治疗前和治疗4周后,分别采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表和Ashworth量表评分。结果:两组患者治疗4周后,FMA评分均明显升高(P<0.05);治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者与同组治疗前比较Ashworth量表等级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用方氏头针加Rood技术和普通针刺加Rood技术均可明显改善早期中风偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能,方氏头针加Rood技术治疗早期中风偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能障碍疗效优于普通针刺加Rood技术且疗效满意,可作为临床中风偏瘫早期患者肢体运动功能康复的优化方案进行深入研究。
Objective:To investigate the effect of s Fang's scalp needle and body acupuncture combined with Rood Technique on motor function of early stoke patients.Methods:A total of 66 patients who have early stoke were ran-dourly divided into two groups,one was the Fang's scalp needle group,and the other one was the control group.33 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were both given Rood technique,The rehabilitation condition was evaluated by the Fugl-Meyer motor scale before and after therapy.Results:FMA score before treatment,2 groups of patients,the differences between of two groups were no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 4 weeks,the FMA score were risen markedly in two groups(P<0.05),the improvement in the treatment group was larger significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).Ashworth scores before treatment,2 groups of patients,the differences between of two groups were no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 4 weeks,the Ashworth scores were increased markedly in two groups(P<0.05),the improvement in the control group was larger significantly than those in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The motor function and the daily living activity are increased effectively by the scalp and body acupuncture combined with Rood Technique,it is worth of further in-depth research.
