针灸联合特色手法治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效及功能改善情况研究

Treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with characteristic techniques

目的:观察针灸联合特色手法治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效及相关功能的改善情况。方法:选取78例腰椎间盘突出患者作为研究对象,依随机法分别纳入对照组与研究组,对照组给予常规推拿治疗,研究组采取针灸联合特色手法推拿治疗,治疗后评估两组临床疗效;分别于治疗前、治疗后进行腰部疼痛程度视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍(ODI)指数评估及日本骨科学会(JOA)腰部功能评分,并进行对比分析。结果:对照组总有效率71.79%,研究组总有效率79.49%,研究组整体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS、ODI、JOA评估均好转,组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组VAS、ODI、JOA评估结果优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合特色手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切、理想,能够明确改善患者的腰部活动功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with special techniques in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and the improvement of the related functions.Methods:78 cases of lumbar spine were selected between the disc herniation patients as the research object,according to random method were divided into control group and study group,the control group was given conventional massage therapy,the study group adopted acupuncture combined with the characteristics of the massage therapy,after treatment,evaluation of clinical efficacy of the two groups;the waist pain visual analogue score before and after treatment respectively(VAS),Oswestry(ODI)and dysfunction index(JOA)of Japan Society of Department of orthopedics waist function score,and comparative analysis.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 71.79%,the total effective rate of the study group was 79.49%,and the overall effect of the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of VAS,ODI and JOA evaluation improved,compared with statistically significant in the group.After treatment,the evaluation results of VAS,ODI and JOA in the study group were better than those in the control group,compared with statistically significant in the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with special manipulation is effective and ideal in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and it can improve the lumbar function significantly,and it can be applied in the conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
