摘要
以氯磷酸二苯酯和酒石酸为原料,合成了含磷二元酸;将其与新戊二醇进行脱水缩合反应,得到侧链含磷的聚酯二醇;再将产物含磷聚酯二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应,二羟甲基丁酸扩链,制备了含磷元素的阻燃水性聚氨酯乳液及其胶膜。对含磷聚酯二醇及聚氨酯膜的热稳定性能以及聚氨酯胶膜的耐水、耐碱水、耐丙酮性能及阻燃性进行了研究。结果表明,随着磷含量的增加,聚氨酯胶膜的氧指数、残重率及耐介质性能均增加。当聚氨酯膜中磷质量分数为1.9%时,氧指数达27.2%。
A phosphorus-containing dicarboxylic acid was synthesized by using diphenyl phosphate and tartaric acid as raw materials,glacial acetic acid as a solvent.A side-chain P-contained polyester diol was prepared by dehydration condensation reaction of the dicarboxylic acid and neopentyl glycol.P-containing waterborne polyurethanes(PWPU)and their films were prepared with P-contained polyester diol,isophorone diisocyanate,dimethylolbutanoic acid,etc.The thermostability of P-contained polyester diol and PWPU film were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis.The flame retardancy and water(alkaline water,acetone)resistance of PWPU films were investigated.The results showed that the limited oxygen index,the residual carbon ratio and medium resistance increased with the increase of phosphorus content.When the mass fraction of phosphorus in the polyurethane film was 1.9%,oxygen index was 27.2%.
