低地板有轨电车液压防折弯系统刚度特性及其影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究的液压防折弯系统是新型低地板有轨电车的二系悬挂装置,其主要用来提高有轨电车的曲线通过能力。通过理论分析,公式推导,建立了该系统的刚度模型,并研究了该模型的刚度特性,得到了该系统的非线性刚度特性。同时,建立了简化的单铰接低地板有轨电车的动力学模型,并与液压防折弯系统相结合,组成了具有液压防折弯系统刚度特性的低地板有轨电车模型。最后,对该模型曲线通过进行了仿真计算,验证了液压防折弯系统可以使得有轨电车进入曲线时前后车辆摇头角转向相同,具有跟随性。 In recent years,low-floor tram with its green,safe,energy saving and other advantages is popular of the world.In this paper,the hydraulic anti-bending system is a new type of low-floor tram two-line suspension device,which is mainly used to improve the trolley's curve through capacity.In this paper,the stiffness model of the system is deduced by theoretical analysis and formula derivation.The stiffness properties of the model are studied,and the nonlinear stiffness of the system is obtained.At the same time,this paper establishes a simplified dynamic model of single articulated low floor tram and combines with hydraulic anti-bending system to form a low-floor tram model with hydraulic bending system.Finally,the simulation of the model curve-through shows that the hydraulic anti-bending system can make vehicle swing angle turned to the same direction when the tram run through the curve.
