广西电网运行管理系统故障分析与管控措施

Analysis of Guangxi OMS System Fault and Its Management & Control Measures

针对广西电网运行管理系统(OMS系统)建设过程以及投入运行后的实际故障案例进行分析,发现OMS系统的故障原因主要为硬件、软件故障以及运维和管理不到位。针对发现的问题,从制度规范、故障演练、运维管理、关键软硬件冗余部署等方面提出相关的管控措施,有效提升了OMS系统运行的稳定性、可靠性,为其它地区的OMS系统建设提供参考和借鉴。

Actual faults cases during the construction of Guangxi power grid operation management system(OMS system)and after its operation are analyzed.It is found that reasons of OMS system faults are mainly hardware and software faults and improper operation&maintenance and management.Aiming at problem found,corresponding management&control measures are proposed from aspect of institution and norm,fault exercise,operation&maintenance management,redundant deployment of key software and hardware and so on,which effectively improves the stability and reliability operation of OMS system and provides reference to the construction of OMS system in other area.
