摘要
以某220 kV变电站接入为例,介绍了220 kV变电站接入期间电网风险全过程的精益化管控。首先,全方位辨识该220 kV变电站接入期间的电网风险;然后,针对所存在的风险,制定相应管控目标;最后,结合所在网区网架结构,通过优化施工方案、优化方式安排、发布风险预警等多种手段管控电网风险。结果表明:通过精益化风险管控,该220 kV变电站接入的电网风险得到有效管控,即使在事故情况下,仍能有效保障电网安全,避免发生一般电力安全事故。
A 220 kV substation is taken as an example to introduce the whole process lean management&control of power grid risk during the connection of 220 kV substation.Firstly,power grid risks during the connection of 220 kV substation are identified from all aspects.Then,aiming at all existing risk,corresponding management&control targets are made.Finally,combining with the grid structure of power grid area,multiple measures are used to manage and control power grid risks including optimization of construction scheme,optimization of operation mode arrangement and release of risk warning and so on.Results show that the power grid risks during the connection 220 kV substation has been effectively managed and controlled.The power grid security can also be guaranteed effectively even in accident conditions and generic power safety accidents can be avoided.
