摘要
提出了基于水力学实现电动给水泵组效率的测试方法,给出了测试系统构成、测试方法和相关计算公式。在应用案例中,运用所提出的测试方法对电动给水泵组相关参数进行测试,将测试数据代入公式可计算出电动给水泵组的有效功率,从而获得电动给水泵组效率。该测试方法简单可靠,可获取准确的电动给水泵组效率,对火力或核能发电机组调整运行工况实现节能增效具有指导意义。
The efficiency test method of electrical driven feed water pump unit realized based on hydraulics is proposed,and the construction of test system,the test method and corresponding calculation formulas are given.In application cases,the proposed method is applied in the test of corresponding parameters of electrical driven feed water pump unit,and test data are substituted in formulas to calculate effective power of the electrical driven feed water pump unit so that the efficiency of the electrical driven feed water pump unit can be obtained.The test method is sample and reliable which can obtain accurate the efficiency of the electrical driven feed water pump.It has guide significance to realize the energy saving and increasing efficiency by adjusting operation conditions of thermal or nuclear power generator units.
