摘要
针对一起高压变频器滤波电容器爆裂故障进行分析。通过现场检查、试验分析,并结合故障录波、运行人员的操作记录进行分析,确定故障原因为运行人员对变频器出力调整幅度过大,导致功率模块内的滤波电容器在低工作电压、大电流冲击下引发激烈化学反应而爆裂漏浆。为了防止类似事件再次发生,提出了防范措施,确保了机组安全稳定运行。
A burst fault of filter capacitor in high voltage frequency converter is analyzed.By field inspection,test analysis,and combining with analysis of fault recorder,operation record of operators,fault reason are determined which is the over adjustment of frequency converter output by operator which caused the intense chemical reaction of filter capacitor in power module under compact of low working voltage and large current and thus caused the burst and leakage.In order to avoid similar incident happening again,precaution measures are proposed to ensure the security and stability operation of generator unit.
