摘要 对某强制循环锅炉配套的300 MW亚临界汽轮机高压缸叶片结垢原因进行分析。通过对汽轮机叶片、汽包内部、汽包水位检查及机组正常运行期间的水汽质量调查,发现高压缸叶片结垢的原因主要为蒸汽长时间超标携带微量盐分。采取处理措施后,机组主要的水汽指标达到标准要求的期望值,有效地防止汽轮机叶片结垢。 Reasons of blade scaling of high pressure cylinder in 300 MW sub-critical pressure steam turbine matching with a forced circulation boiler are analyzed.By the inspection including the blade of steam turbine,the interior of steam drum,the water level of steam drum and the investigation of water vapor quality during the normal operation of the generator unit,it is found that the reason of blade scaling of high pressure cylinder is mainly because of the stream vapor which carried over standard trace salt in a long time.After the implementation of treatment measures,main indexes of water vapor of the unit meet expected values in the standard requirements,which effectively prevents the blade scaling of cylinder.
