摘要
研制一台基于激光主振荡功率放大系统的多程激光放大器。为实现信号光多次通过增益介质进行放大,设计了多程往返光路。系统采用150μs脉宽、重复频率为1kHz的激光二极管(LD)侧面泵浦激光板条,主振荡器输出的激光经过掺杂浓度为1.1at.%、尺寸为60mm×2mm×6mm的Nd:YAG晶体后,进行2次振荡,3次放大。结果表明:当放大器泵浦电流达到102A时,获得最大输出功率为7W、频率为1kHz的1064nm激光输出。
A multi-pass laser amplifier based on laser main oscillation power amplification system is developed.To achieve the amplification of the signal light which goes through the gain medium repeatedly,a multi-pass light pass is designed.The system uses the laser diode with 150μs pulse width and repetition rate of 1kHz to pumps laser slab laterally.The output laser of the main oscillator passes through the Nd:YAG crystal which is doped with a concentration of 1.1at%and has a size of 60mm×2mm×6mm,carrying on 2 shocks,3 amplifications.When the amplifier pump current reaches 102A,the laser output of 1064nm with maximum output power of 7W and frequency of 1kHz is obtained.
