摘要
针对钻井企业近年来节能减排工作压力不断增大的问题,从节能技术、节能管理、制度建设、人员编制、宣传培训等多个方面提出了钻井企业促进节能减排、降本增效的具体措施。
In view of the increasing pressure of energy saving and emission reduction in drilling enterprises in recent years,specific measures for energy saving and emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency enhancement are put forward in this paper from aspects of energy saving technology,energy saving management,system construction,staffing,propaganda and training.
