摘要
采用UV光助-柠檬酸体系对纤维板热压废气洗涤废水进行处理,研究了H_2O_2添加浓度、FeSO_4浓度、pH值、光照时间及柠檬酸用量对甲醛去除率和COD_(Cr)去除率的影响,初步确定了最佳条件。在此基础上按照工业化应用要求进行了循环动态试验,结果表明,UV光助柠檬酸体系处理高浓度含醛废水是可行的。
The treatment of scrubbing waste water from hot-press waste gas in the fiberboard production by Photo-Fenton/Citric Acid System is performed.The various influence on removal rates of formaldehyde and CODCr are discussed such as the fortified concentration of H2O2 and concentration of FeSO4,pH value,UV light radiation time and dosage of citric acid in this paper.The most suitable operating conditions are chosen by experiments.Furthermore,the dynamic simulated tests are made based on the results of experiment.It is feasible to treat the waste water containing formaldehyde in high concentration using the Photo-Fenton/Citric Acid System.
