摘要
设置3个不同的发酵浓度(TS%):6%、8%和10%,进行厌氧消化产沼气对比试验。结果表明:以8%的发酵浓度产气率最高,达到102.8 mL/g。浓度过高或过低均不利于厌氧消化产沼气。发酵浓度对所产沼气中的CH_4含量影响不大,三个处理相差不明显。餐厨垃圾极易发生酸化现象,且发酵浓度越大,发生酸化不产气的现象就越严重。
Three different fermentation concentrations(TS%):6%,8%and 10%were set up in comparative experiment of methane production by anaerobic digestion.The results showed that the highest gas generation rate is 102.8 mL/g at 8%fermentation concentration.The concentration is too high or too low is bad for the anaerobic digestion.The concentration of fermentation has little influence on the CH4 content in the biogas,and the three treatments are not obvious.The kitchen waste is prone to acidification and can't produce gas in the process of anaerobic digestion,which is more serious due to acidification,and the concentration of fermentation is higher.
