This paper analyzed the common faults in the operation of the hoist reducer,put forward corresponding measures combined with practical experience,proposed some ideas on how to realize the improvement and optimization of hoist reducer from the aspects of gear,bearing,box,sealing and cooling,hoping to improve the reliability of hoisting machine.
