摘要
设计了一套自动称重补料系统,由一次切胶模块、输送模块、二次切胶模块和投料模块构成;采用形状、质量均匀的标准胶块取代形状、质量各异的原始干燥胶块作为配重原料,通过胶块长度计量配重质量;针对各模块的功能要求及相互衔接设计了具体的机械结构和控制系统,最终可有效解决均匀切割和自动称重补料配重计量的技术难题,为实现标准胶打包过程的自动化打下了良好的基础。
A set of automatic weighing and rubber supplement system was designed,which is composed of a rubber cutting module,transmission module,secondary rubber cutting module and feeding module;The packed standard rubber blocks of uniform shape and mass were used as the raw materials for supplementing the weight to replace the original dry rubber blocks of different shape and mass;the supplement mass was measured through the length of rubber block;Specific mechanical structure and control system were designed according to the requirements for the functions of each module and their connection.As a result,this system finally can effectively solve the technical difficulties of uniform cutting,automatic weighing,supplementing and measurement of the rubber supplement weight,which provides a solid foundation for the automation of standard rubber packing process.
