满堂扣件式钢管脚手架安全监测系统的研究 被引量:5

摘要 满堂扣件式钢管脚手架在得到广泛应用的同时,其安全问题同样受到人们的高度重视。针对在建筑施工中满堂扣件式钢管脚手架安全问题,提出了一种基于物联网技术的满堂扣件式钢管脚手架安全监测系统。应用激光位移传感器和MPU6050对脚手架的位移、冲击加速度和偏移角度进行监测并设置了相应的预警值,当监测数据超过预警值,通过短信告知人员,从而满堂扣件式钢管脚手架安全监测与预警实现智能化,同时提高了满堂扣件式钢管脚手架的安全施工。 Houseful steel tubular scaffolding with couplers is widely used at the same time,its safety issues are also highly valued by people's attention.Aim at the safety problem of houseful steel tubular scaffolding with couplers in building construction,a kind of safety monitoring system of houseful steel tubular scaffolding with couplers based on Internet of Things technology was proposed.Laser displacement sensor and MPU6050 monitor scaffold displacement,acceleration and offset angle and set the corresponding warning value,when the monitoring data exceeds the warning value,inform the staff by text message,so the safety monitoring and early warning of houseful steel tubular scaffolding with couplers is intelligent,at the same time,the safe construction of houseful steel tubular scaffolding with couplers is improved.
