摘要
以囊状紫檀为砧木(直径0.6~0.7cm)嫁接檀香紫檀和大果紫檀,其成活率分别是96.67%和85.56%,嫁接芽在36d内生长分别达到19.5cm和25.9cm;以印度紫檀为砧木(直径0.3~0.4cm)嫁接两者的成活率分别是83.33%和57.78%,嫁接芽在36d内长分别达到19.8cm和16.0cm。综合评价,选择直径0.6~0.7cm的囊状紫檀作为檀香紫檀和大果紫檀的嫁接砧木,有利于提高成活率,也有利于嫁接芽生长。
This study was measured by the scions of Pterocarpus santalinus and Pterocarpus macrocarpus grafted on rootstocks of P.marsupium.The results showed that the survival rate was 96.67%and 85.56%,which the grafted buds grew 19.5 cm and 25.9 cm within 36 days,respectively.And then the P.santalinus and P.macrocarpus grafted on rootstocks of P.indicus(diameter was 0.3~0.4 cm),which the survival rate was 83.33%and 57.78%.The grafted buds growth 19.5 and 25.9 cm within 36 days,respectively.And then the grafting buds growth 19.8 cm and 16.0 cm representative P.santalinus and P.macrocarpus grafted on rootstocks of P.indicus.According to the comprehensive evaluation,P.marsupium contributed to improve the survival,which are rootstocks that can be used for the diameter 0.6~0.7 cm of grafting of P.santalinus and P.macrocarpus.Then conducive to growth for grafted buds.
