海南鹦哥岭自然保护区淡水龟类资源调查

Investigation of Freshwater Turtle Resources in Yinggeling Nture Reserve, Hainan, China

为明确鹦哥岭自然保护区内淡水龟分布与资源情况,2013年3~10月、2015年4~5月、2017年2月,采用野外调查和访问调查结合的方法,对鹦哥岭自然保护区内和保护区周边的淡水龟类进行了调查。按照溪流、山地、河流三种生境,共设置调查样带28条,960个研究样点,用笼捕法进行调查。结果发现:鹦哥岭自然保护区淡水龟类有3科6种,占海南淡水龟总种数的46.2%,野外调查共发现淡水龟类4种11只,包括1只大头扁龟(Platysternon megacephalum)、5只四眼斑水龟(Sacalia quadriocellata)、2只锯缘摄龟(Pyxidea mouhotii)、3只中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis),访问调查淡水龟两种,分别是三线闭壳龟(Cuora trifasciata)和山瑞鳖(Palea steindachneri)。保护区内淡水龟类种群密度低,人为捕猎、水电站的修建,对淡水龟类种群影响大,外来龟类的管理存在隐患,建议加大对保护区内及周边龟类保护力度。

It is important to understand the distribution and resource situation of the freshwater turtles in the Yinggeling Nature Reserve.The freshwater turtles in and around the nature reserve were investigated frommarch to October of 2013,April to May of 2015,February 2017,through interview and field survey.A total of 28 survey lines and 960 plots were sampled in brook habitat,mountain habitat and river habitat.A cage baited with rotten beef was used to catch turtles at each plot.There are 6 turtle species in Yinggeling Nature Reserve,representing 46.2%of the Hainan’s 13 freshwater turtle species.During the survey,1 Platysternon megacephalum,5 Sacalia quadriocellata,2 Pyxidea mouhotii and 3 Pelodiscus sinensis were caught.Cuora trifasciata,Palea steindachneri are also confirmed to distribute in Yinggeling Nature Reserve by interview.The population densities of freshwater turtles are very lowbecause of poaching,habitat destroyed.There are still hidden troubles in themanagement of foreign turtles habitat Action to protect the freshwater turtles in and around Yinggeling Nature Reserve is recommended.
