区域性高校图书馆联盟基金会建设新探

New Exploration of the Construction of the Foundation of the Regional University Library Alliance

区域性高校图书馆联盟历来是高校图书馆建设的热点话题之一,然而现在不少高校面临资金压力,无力提高图书馆建设水平,区域性高校图书馆联盟建设也停留在较低的建设水平。论文以区域性高校图书馆联盟为研究基础,提出区域性高校图书馆联盟基金会建设模式,希望能开辟高校图书馆联盟建设的新思路。

Regional university library consortia has always been one of the hot topics of the construction of university library.Now,however,many colleges and universities face financial pressure and are unable to improve the level of library construction.The regional library alliance construction is still in the lower level.This paper takes the regional colleges and universities library alliance as the foundation of the research,and puts forward the construction mode of regional university library alliance foundation,and hopes to open up the new idea of university library alliance construction.
