摘要
论文以南京图书馆的读者作为研究对象,以"满意度和使用率不一定呈现正相关"作为研究前提,将读者分为满意度和使用率呈现正向变动的正相关和反向变动的负相关两类群体,并从需求特征、行为特征和背景特征三方面来分析两类读者的群体特征,通过对283份有效问卷的数据统计,发现两类群体在需求类别、文化性活动认知、接触意愿以及媒介偏好四个方面具有显著差异,最后对如何有针对性地提升南京图书馆的使用率提供了相应的参考建议。
This paper takes the readers of Nanjing Library as the research object,and uses“satisfaction and utilization rate does not necessarily show a positive correlation”as a research premise.In this paper,the readers are divided into two groups:positive and negative variance,which positively and negatively change in satisfaction and utilization.The characteristics of the two types of readers are analyzed from three aspects:demand characteristics,behavioral characteristics and background characteristics.Based on the statistical data of 283 valid questionnaires,it is found that there are significant differences between the two groups in terms of demand category,cultural activity cognition,contact intention and media preference.Finally,it gives some suggestions on how to improve the usage of Nanjing Library.
