摘要
某甲醇装置进行水联动试车前对预塔、常压、加压三个精馏塔进行入孔内件检查,发现常压精馏塔底层塔板出现了严重的脱落。经过分析发现,造成塔板脱落的主要原因是连接形式简单、塔板排布影响以及塔板开孔率小。而要进行针对性预防,这就要求精馏塔内设备需进行相应改进,如对塔板安装段焊固定、增加底层塔板厚度、增加支撑钢梁等。
A serious falling off of bottom plate in the normal pressure distillation column is found out during the internal checking of the three manholes of pre-distillation,normal pressure distillation column and pressurized distillation column before the water linkage commissioning of some methanol unit.The analysis shows that the main reasons causing this falling out are simple linkage pattern,plate arrangement effect and small opening ratio of plate.However,to take relevant preventive measures,relevant improvements must be implemented for the inner parts of the distillation columns,such as fixing the installation section of the column plate with welding,increasing the thickness of the bottom plate,and increasing the supporting steel beam.
