摘要
由乙烯基聚合物(DD200)系列材料配制的无黏土相盐水钻井液体系,不添加任何磺化材料,使用钻井液材料单一,配制、维护简单,失水造壁性、流变性、触变性、抑制性优良,从根本上解决了钻井液抑制性与配浆性的根本矛盾。同时优良的剪切稀释特性,高初切力与相近终切力的独特触变性指标,以及可快捷微调的动塑比能很好解决井眼清洁问题,其次是室内配方的结果证明钻井液成本与现用钾钙基聚合物钻井液体系成本相当,该体系应具有广阔的市场前景。
The clay-free phase brine drilling fluid prepared from DD200 series materials contains no sulfonated materials.The drilling fluid used is simple and easily formulated and maintained.The fluid performs excellently in dewatering wall making,rheology,thixotropy,and inhibition,it is a fundamental solution to contradiction between inhibition and fluid properties of the drilling fluid.The excellent shear thinning characteristics,the high initial shear force and the unique final thixotropy index,and the quickly adjusted dynamic plastic ratio can solve the wellbore cleaning problems.The results of the indoor formula show that the costs of this new drilling fluid is equal to that of the potassium-based polymer drilling fluid,representing a broad market prospect.
