新型取芯钻头的研制与应用

中原管具公司仅配有常用取心钻头和工具,仅可满足常规取芯工作需求,而非常规取心均由专业取芯钻头厂家供应。为满足客户需求配合中原钻井三公司柴1井(预探井)取芯钻进,中原管具公司金刚石钻头厂研制了新型PDC取芯钻头,在柴1井1565.00~1572.26m和1847.01~1855.11m井段分别使用,圆满完成取心任务。

Conventional coring bits and relevant tools are the only tools that can satisfy the common coring operations in Zhongyuan pipeline company,and unconventional coring tools are all provided by professional manufacturers.To meet the demand from the No.3 drilling company of Zhongyuan drilling Company to finish the coring and drilling-in operation in Chai 1 well(exploration well),a new PDC coring bit is developed in the diamond drilling company of Zhongyuan pipeline company and then used in the two well sections of 1565.00-1572.26 m and 1847.01-1855.11 m separately,and this bit finally successfully finishes the coring operation in Chai 1 well.
