摘要
离心式压缩机在某些恶劣工况下,由于防喘振系统设计缺陷、参数设定不合理或者操作顺序不当等原因都会导致压缩机发生严重喘振,造成系统运行紊乱,对压缩机组造成损害,甚至酿成安全事故。利用ASPEN HYSYS动态模块验证喘振控制系统的合理性,对优化系统设计和指导实际生产操作具有十分积极的意义。
Centrifugal gas compressor will be damaged due to design flaw,unreasonable system parameters or mal-operation,even lead to accidents during these circumstances.It is very important and necessary to verify the existing anti-surge control system using ASPEN HYSYS Dynamics to optimize the parameters setting and instruct the actual operation.
