摘要
为解决飞行器系统在设计集成与验证阶段机内测试(BIT)的设计技术与能力验证的通用技术性问题,从分析国外BIT发展趋势、最新技术以及飞行器系统故障发生特点和现状入手,提出了飞行器系统BIT设计的通用技术方法与工程流程,分析了系统运行与故障活动的参数表征、逻辑关系,提出了系统BIT综合设计技术、建模方法以及故障验证的原理方法。通过对典型实例系统初步探索,构建了相应功能故障模型和验证控制参数,应用表明本方法具有工程实用性。
In order to solve the general technical problems of the design and verification of BIT in the design integration and verification stage,starting with the analysis of the current and recent-technique of BIT in other nations and the characteristics of fault parameter in aircraft system,and the parameter token and logic connec-tion in system running were studied.The technology,method and flow model for the design of aircraft system BIT,and the principle and method of BIT integration design technology,modeling method and principle valida-ting were put forward.The engineering practicability of this method was proved through preliminary verification of the typical case system.
