制冷万用表移动测控软件的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Mobile Measurement and Control Software for Refrigeration Multimeter

制冷万用表是制冷系统安装和维修的常用仪表,为了提高其数据处理能力,改善界面显示效果,提出将串口转WiFi模块内置在制冷万用表中,测量数据通过WiFi发送至手机。利用手机端的制冷万用表移动测控软件将现场数据以数据和图表的方式予以显示,用户可根据需要将测量数据保存在手机中,并能完成单位的换算、制冷工质的选择,同时软件也能完成数据的处理、压焓图的绘制,计算出系统的运行参数。经测试,该软件可以较好地避免制冷万用表使用时的不便,改善用户体验。

The refrigeration multimeter is a common instrument for the installation and maintenance of refrigera-tion systems.In order to improve the data processing ability and display effect,the serial port was put into WiFi module in the multimeter,and the measurement data was sent to the mobile phone through WiFi.By using the software for measuring and controlling the multimeter in mobile phone,the field data was displayed in the form of data and chart.The user could save the measurement data in the mobile phone as needed.The unit conver-sion,the refrigerant selection,the data processing,the drawing of tlie pressure enthalpy diagram were comple-ted,the operating parameters of the system and were directly calculated.After testing,the software is a good way to avoid inconvenience of traditional refrigeration multimeter,and improve user experience.
