自升式起重平台站立状态结构强度

Structural Strength of Jack-up Crane Platform in Elevated Condition

摘要 对1 000t自升式起重平台主船体站立状态结构强度进行有限元计算分析,得到船体各部分详细的应力分布特点。计算结果表明,对于自升式起重平台站立状态平台结构强度主要考虑工作和预压载2种工况。工作工况应力主要集中在主吊机附近,且对应力影响较大的载荷为船体自重及吊机弯矩;预压载工况4个桩井区域船体和舱壁应力均较大,以剪应力为主,应力大小与预压反力大小成线性关系。 According to the finite element calculation and analysis of the elevated condition of the 1000 t jack up crane platform,the detailed stress distribution characteristics of each part of the hull are obtained.The calculation results show that the working condition and the preballasting condition of the structure strength of jack up crane platform in elevated condition should be considered.The stress of working condition is mainly concentrates near the main crane,and the loads which have great influence on the corresponding force is the weight of the hull and the bending moment of the crane.The stress mainly concentrates near the main crane foundation on work condition,the gravity and the moment of the crane is the main cause of the stress of the hull.The main component of the stress of the hull structure between the four pile wells is shear stress when it is in preballasting condition,and the size of stress is linely related to the preballasting constrain force.
