喷油器喷孔直径对船舶柴油机燃烧性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究船舶柴油机喷油器的雾化特性对提高船舶柴油机热效率、减少燃油消耗率和有害物排放、预防机械故障有着重要的意义。以4190ZL型船用中速柴油机为例,利用CFD软件FIRE对其喷油器在不同喷孔直径下的喷射雾化和燃烧过程进行数值模拟,得到燃油雾化特性和燃烧过程的数据,并分析其对柴油机NOx和碳烟排放的影响。结果显示采用孔径为0.3 mm的喷油器,柴油机排放特性最佳,为船舶柴油机喷油器设计、故障诊断与选用提供参考。 The study of the atomization characteristic of marine diesel engine injector is significant for the thermal efficiency improvement of the diesel engine,the reduction of the fuel consumption and the harmful emissions,and the mechanical failure prevention.The numerical simulation of the injection atomization and combustion process under different orifice diameters is carried out with the CFD software FIRE on 4190ZL type marine medium speed diesel engine.The fuel spray characteristics and the data in the combustion process are obtained.The orifice diameters influence on diesel engine NO x and soot emissions are analyzed.The results show that the diesel engine has the best emission characteristics by the injector with the orifice diameter of 0.3 mm,which provides reference for design,fault diagnosis and selection of marine diesel injectors.
