摘要
为提高木门静电喷涂上漆量,在木门工件背面放置接地导电板,提高静电喷枪与木门之间的电场强度。结果表明:与现有静电喷涂方法相比,改良静电喷涂方法获得的电场强度峰值提高约13%。一次静电喷涂木门工件表面单位面积上漆量提高约50.3%;二次静电喷涂上漆量提高约37%。
A ground conductive plate was used on the back of wooden door leaves in an electrostatic spraying process to improve the coating amount for making door leaves.Testing results show that the peak electric field intensity by the new method,increased by nearly 13%compared with the normal method.Coating amount applied to door leaf samples increased by 50.3%after the first spraying and 37%after the second spraying.
