居民户外休闲性身体活动和环境空间研究——基于社区玩耍与游憩观察系统方法

Residents' Outdoor Physical Activity and Environment in Wuhan City——A Case Study Based on SOPARC

以武汉市4处户外休闲公园为研究对象,基于SOPARC方法,解析居民身体活动和环境空间特征。研究显示:通过被观察者特征和年龄组的关联分析,各年龄组的男女人数比例、平日和周末人数、一天内不同时段人数以及不同休闲公园的人数均存在一定差异;通过被观察者特征和运动强度的关联分析,男性和女性、不同年龄组、不同时间段的被观察者以及不同休闲公园的被观察者在活动强度方面均存在明显差异;通过观察地环境特征分析,4处休闲公园的环境要素处于中等偏上水平,在环境容量和管理组织方面存在较明显差异,可进入性、可使用性和资源设施均处于较高或中等水平。结合研究结果提出建议:分析各类人群户外身体活动特征,促使全民健身战略落实;依据各类人群户外身体活动的时空差异,合理调控公共休闲空间;顺应各类人群身体活动强度偏好,健全休闲服务设施;适应各类人群休闲运动的环境需求,优化公共休闲环境。

SOPARC was adopted to analyze the physical activities and environment characteristics of the residents in four parks in Wuhan.can access to instantaneous mass efficient outdoor leisure activities information,thus,gradually used in the western study of outdoor leisure sports.It was shown that percentage of people of different genders,of weekdays and weekends,of different time at a day and in different parks was different.There were differences in intensity of people of different genders,ages and at different periods of time.The four parks had good environment,facilities and access for doing physical activities.In implementing Sports for All Fitness Program,the outdoor physical activity characteristics should be analyzed and the temporal spatial differences of the physical activities should be adjusted.Facilities should be provided for different intensity of physical activities.
