临床路径在胎盘植入患者护理中的应用

Application of Clinical Care Pathway in Nursing Management of Patients With Placenta Accreta

目的探讨临床路径在胎盘植入患者护理中的应用方法及效果。方法便利抽样法选取2014年1月至2016年12月解放军总医院妇产科收治的87例胎盘植入患者,按入院先后将其分为对照组(42例)和观察组(45例),分别给予常规护理和应用临床路径的护理方法,记录并比较两组患者的住院时间、费用及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的住院时间和费用均少于对照组患者,护理满意度高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用临床路径对胎盘植入患者进行护理,有利于降低患者的医疗费用,缩短住院时间,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical care pathway in nursing management of patients with placenta accreta.Methods By convenience sampling,87 cases of patients with placenta accreta admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected.All cases were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=45)according to their admission time sequence.The clinical nursing pathway was applied in the observation group s,while the control group was given routine nursing methods.The length of stay in hospital,medical cost and satisfaction with nursing were analyzed and compared.Results The length stay in hospital and medical cost in observation group were significantly less than that in the control group,and satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was better than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical care pathway in the patients with placenta accreta can reduce the medical cost,shorten the length of stay in hospital,and improve theirsatisfaction with nursing care.
