品管圈在提高重症监护室多耐药菌感染隔离措施落实率中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Improving the Implementation Rate of MDROs Infection Isolation Measures in Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动在提高重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)多耐药菌(multidrug-resistant organism,MDROs)感染隔离措施落实率中的应用及效果。方法 2016年3月,由7名圈员组成QCC,设定主题为"提高MDROs感染隔离措施的落实率",按QCC活动步骤拟定活动计划,包括现状调查、目标设定、原因分析、对策拟定与实施等,比较活动前后MDROs感染隔离措施的落实率。结果开展QCC活动后,ICU医护人员对MDROs感染隔离措施的落实率由活动前的73.00%上升至87.83%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.52,P<0.05);且小组每一名圈员的责任心、自信心、积极性、解决问题能力、沟通协调力、团结凝聚力、幸福感、品管手法等各方面均较活动前均有所提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用QCC有利于提高MDROs感染隔离措施的落实率,是一种有效的医院感染管理措施。

Objective To study the effect of quality control circle(QCC)in improvingimplementation rate of multidrug-resistant organism(MDROs)infection isolation measures in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods The QCC group was founded in March 2016,consisting of seven members with the goal of improving implementation rate of MDROs infection isolation measures.Based on the steps of QCC,the activity plan was made including current situation survey,goal setting,cause analysis,countermeasures formulating and implementation.The implementation rate of MDROs before and after activities were compared.Results After QCC was carried out,the implementation rate of MDROs infection isolation measures by medical and nursing staff in ICU was significantly improved from 73.00%to 87.83%(χ2=16.52,P<0.05).The responsibility,self-confidence,enthusiasm,the ability to solve problem,communication and coordination skills,unity cohesion,happiness,and the quality management technique of each member have improved significantly s(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of QCC is helpful to improve the implementation rate of MDROs infection isolation measures,which is an effective method for hospital infection management.
