驻疆部队医院住院官兵健康教育需求的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Health Education needs of Hospitalized Officers and Soldiers in a Hospital of Xinjiang Military

目的调查驻疆部队医院住院官兵对健康教育知识的需求现状,为科学有效地实施健康教育提供指导和依据。方法查阅文献并参考某院对住院官兵的健康教育内容,同时结合住院官兵特点,自行设计调查问卷。2016年4-7月,便利抽样法选取某院住院官兵218例为研究对象,对其健康需求进行问卷调查。结果在入院内容上,80.0%的住院官兵迫切想了解自己的主管医生及责任护士;73.5%的住院官兵迫切想了解检查治疗的方法及目的;73.0%的住院官兵迫切想了解医护人员对其疾病关心、重视程度。在心理需求方面,分别有60.5%和58.6%的住院官兵迫切想了解心理疏导内容及自我调节技巧。在健康知识方面,69.3%的住院官兵迫切想了解疾病治疗方案。在康复指导方面,66.5%的住院官兵迫切想了解并发症的处理及预防。对于住院健康教育方式,91.2%的住院官兵选择一对一护患交流,62.8%的住院官兵选择多媒体播放,分别占第1位和第2位。对于住院健康教育时机,67.4%的住院官兵选择基础护理时,59.5%的住院官兵选择手术前。对于每次健康教育时间,87.0%的住院官兵选择≤10min,占绝大多数。对于出院健康教育形式,81.4%的住院官兵选择下基层巡诊。结论护理人员应紧密结合住院官兵的健康教育需求,对其进行详细、明确、有针对性的健康指导,以提高健康教育的效果,满足官兵的健康需求。

Objective To investigate the health education needs of hospitalized officers and soldiers in a hospital of Xinjiang military,in order to provide guidance and basis for scientific and effective implementation of health education.Methods Based on the literature search and review,as well the reference from the health education contents for soldier inpatients in another hospital and the characteristics of hospitalized officers and soldiers in our hospital,a self-designed questionnaire was developed.By using convenience sampling method,218 cases were selected and surveyed.Results 80.0%of the hospitalized officers and soldiers were eager to know their doctors and primary nurses;73.5%of them want to know the purpose and method of treatment;73.0%want to know how much the doctors and nurses were concerned about their disease In the aspect of psychological needs,60.5%and 58.6%of them want to understand the psychological counseling content and self-adjustment skillsrespectively.In the aspect of health related knowledge,69.3%hope to know the treatment plan.In the aspect of rehabiliation guidance,66.5%want to know how to prevent and deal with the disease.Regarding the health education method,91.2%and 62.8%chose one-to-one nurse-patient communication and media respectively,which ranked the first the second choice.In the aspect of the timing of health education,67.4%chose during basic nursing,and 59.5%chose before surgery.For the length of health education every time,87.0%chose no more than 10 min.For health education after discharge,81.4%chose follow-up through a visit to troop.Conclusion Nursing staff should integrate the health education needs of the hospitalized officers and soldiers,and carry out detailed,clear and targeted health guidance to improve the effect of health education and meet the health needs of officers and soldiers.
