改良式布巾钳在下颌骨线性骨折复位中的应用

A Modified Towel Clamp Technique in Reduction of Linear Fracture of the Mandible

目的 :介绍改良式布巾钳的制作方法及其在下颌骨线性骨折中的临床应用。方法 :对布巾钳尖端进行改良,将其用于临床,辅助下颌骨线性骨折的解剖复位。结果:改良式布巾钳辅助下颌骨线性骨折复位相较于传统复位,在复位骨折断端的同时,能够给骨折断端一个预压力,促使复位骨折断端能够能达到广泛的紧密接触,缩短手术时间,达到精确的解剖复位。结论:正确使用改良式布巾钳能帮助下颌骨线性骨折达到精确的解剖复位,促进骨折的愈合。

Objective:To introduce the creation method of modified towel clamp and its clinical application in mandible linear fracture.Methods:By improving the pointing tip,the modified towel clamp was applied to clinical practice to assist the anatomical reduction in mandible linear fracture.Results:Comparing to conventional instruments,the modified towel clamp additionally exerted a precompression on the fractured sites,which allowed wide and close contact between the segments.Shortened operation duration,and achieved precise anatomical reduction.Conclusion:The proper application of modified towel clamp assisted mandible linear fracture to achieve precise anatomical reduction and promoted the healing in fractured sites.
