摘要
笔者介绍了某产品TR组件发射机的自动测试工装设计,着重阐明了该工装的技术参数、工作原理和软件界面控制,同时还较详细介绍了该工装自动化测试过程与数据后处理过程,最后将实际工作与传统人工测试做对比,说明该工装能大幅度提高工作效率、避免测试过程中大量数据导致人为错误,同时还提高测试精度及可靠性。
The author introduces the automatic test equipment design of a product TR component transmitter,and focuses on the technical parameters,working principle and software interface control.At the same time,the paper introduces the automated testing process and data post-processing,and finally,by comparison with traditional manual testing,it shows that the equipment can greatly improve the work efficiency,avoid human error in the process of test,but also improve the test precision and reliability.
