城域网在整个互联网中发挥着各种用户、各种业务的接入作用,是进入互联网世界的大门。随着IPTV、互联网电话等实时性业务的不断发展,越来越多的业务对网络提出了各种不同的要求,城域网需要区分出来这些业务并给予不同的保障,端到端QoS部署就是在这种背景下产生的。笔者介绍了某大型城域网的端到端QoS部署方案,并详细阐述了不同网络层次设备的部署方式。
