近年来,省公司大力推行"三集中"工作,目的是实现网络的统一监控管理和维护,实现全网网络数据的统一制作,消除网络维护和数据配置的差异性,有效利用设备资源,减少故障处理的环节及协调步骤,缩短处理时间,提高故障处理效率,提高网络维护的效率。随着"三集中"工作的推行全市数据修改及故障处理工作逐步集中至市公司网络维护中心,随着网络维护工作量和业务量的激增,网络维护中心面临着人员与工作量的巨大矛盾。烟台分公司采用自主程序开发、响应流程设置、自助终端管理手段提升,大幅减少了装维人员数据集中后的等待时间,提高了接入故障响应效率,在此总结出来希望能够为宽带接入网管理提供一些借鉴。
