摘要
大数据环境下,随着科技新闻、专家博客、专利论文等互联网公开信息的日益增长,为科技情报的采集、融合和深度分析带来了机遇和挑战,笔者以构建科技情报分析平台,支撑科技体系分析、技术专家发现、科研机构分析等应用为目标,对整个平台的系统设计及相关技术进行探讨。
Under the big data environment,with the growing news of science and technology,expert blogs,patent papers and other Internet public information,it has brought opportunities and challenges for the scientific and technological information collection,integration and depth analysis.The author discusses the system design and related technology of the whole platform with the aim of constructing scientific and technological intelligence analysis platform,supporting the analysis of science and technology system,the discovery of technical experts and the analysis of scientific research institutions.
