摘要
以组合夹具为研究对象,运用实例推理研究方法,建立了基于CATIA平台的组合夹具快速设计流程。基于Visual Studio平台并利用CAA二次开发技术,开发了组合夹具快速设计模块。通过交互界面窗体实现设计人员与计算机之间的协同设计,并支持设计人员详细修改设计方案;以支承零件制造所用组合夹具设计为例,验证了所开发组合夹具快速设计模块的实用性。
In this paper,modular fixture is taken as the object of study.Through the application of case-based reasoning method,the rapid design flow of modular fixture based on CATIA platform is established.We developed the modular fixture rapid design module based on the Visual Studio platform and the two development technology of CAA.The user can realize the collaborative design between the designer and the computer through the interactive interface form,and the designer can modify the program conveniently.Taking the modular fixture design of the supporting parts manufacturing as an example,the practicability of the rapid design module of the developed modular fixture is verified.
