摘要
针对电力风机监测的需求,设计并实现了一套基于无线智能化的监测系统,主要用于监测大型风机设备的温度、压力、振动等传感器信号。本系统采用STC15W204S芯片为核心的采集板上对上述的信号进行实时采集,以STM32103RBT6芯片为核心的主控板通过基于Modbus的RS485总线实现与采集板卡的数据通信。采用无线mesh自组网的方式实现与PC端上位机的通讯。建立了SOM神经网络故障诊断算法,MATLAB仿真测试表明本算法能够有效地对风机振动信号的故障类型进行判断。
In this paper,it design and implement an intelligent wireless sensor network monitoring system,which is used to monitor the temperature,pressure and vibration of fan according to the project’s demands.The acquisition board based on STC15W204S core can provide real-time acquisition of the above signal.The master-control module uses STM32103RBT6 to communicate with other slave modules through RS485 bus based on Modbus which builds communication with PC host computer by UBNT bridge appliance,which chooses the wireless mesh Ad hoc network way.Finally the paper uses SOM neural network algorithm to achieve fan’s fault diagnosis technology with MATLAB.The tests show that SOM algorithm can determine fault correctly.
