快速跟随型主从结构多电机同步控制 被引量:6

摘要 针对于大功率、大负载多电机系统,因控制结构简单,较多采用的主从同步控制策略存在的从电机转速输出滞后于主电机转速输出,不能快速跟随主电机转速的问题。本文提出了不使用耦合补偿原理而拓宽给定项目的快速跟随型主从结构控制策略,在保持结构简单的基础上,使主电机转速与主电机加速度共同作用于从电机给定,在起动及负载波动时增大了从电机转速给定。最后对传统主从结构和快速跟随型主从结构的方正结果进行了对比分析,结果表明:相对于传统结构,快速跟随型主从结构多电机同步控制系统无论是在电机起动阶段还是负载波动时都具有更好的同步性能。 As to high power and high load multi motor system,because of the advantage of simple structure,the masterslave synchronization control strategy which was used widely has the problem that slave motor speed output lags behind the main motor speed output and cannot quickly follow the main motor speed problems.This paper proposes a fast tracking control strategy of master-slave structure does not use coupling compensation principle but broadening of the given project,while maintaining the simple structure,the interaction of main motor and main motor acceleration from a given motor,at the start and load fluctuation increases from a given motor speed.Finally,the results of the traditional master-slave structure and quickly follow the master-slave structure are compared and analyzed.Compared with the traditional structure,quickly follow the multi motor synchronous control system of master-slave type has better synchronous performance both in motor starting stage and load fluctuation period.
