摘要
粉末注射成形是一种应用金属或者陶瓷粉末制造复杂、精密及近净形状零件的技术,可将传统的多个复杂形状零件组合成单个零件成形,特别适合于大批量制造小型、复杂形状的零部件。本文概述了金属及陶瓷粉末注射成形技术的原理及其工艺流程,并介绍了其主要应用领域和市场发展情况。PIM技术的应用和研究领域空间广阔,未来前景可期。
Powder injection molding is an efficient technology for manufacturing complex,precision and near net shape parts using metal and ceramic powder.The traditional multiple complex shape parts can be made combined into a single part,by PIM.Particularly,the PIM technology is suitable for mass production of small,complex shape parts.In this paper,the principle of metal and ceramic powder injection molding technology and its technological process was summarized.And the main application fields and market development of PIM technology was introduced.The application and research field of PIM technology is very broad.
