布料自动裁剪中彩色图像分割算法研究 被引量:1

摘要 布料裁剪机出现满足了人们追求时尚、追求个性服饰的要求。但布料、饰物图案复杂、种类繁多、色彩各异、变化无穷,这对图样的边缘提取和激光切割控制带来困难。文章给出了一种彩色图像的圆锥分割方法,并与阈值法相结合,给予出了更为精细的圆台分割法。与传统的色差法和超绿法相比较,分割更为精细,并能精确地滤除与分割目标颜色相近的背景噪声。该方法与传统形态学算法相结合,用于布料图案边缘提取,获得了很好的效果。该方法能够应用在如农作物成熟度、分级分类检测等多种领域,具有很好的应用推广价值。 Fabric cutting machine appears to meet people’s pursuit of fashion,the pursuit of individual clothing requirements.But the fabric,ornaments pattern complex,a wide range of different colors,changing infinity,which is the edge of the pattern extraction and laser cutting control difficult.In this paper,a conic segmentation method for color images is presented,and combined with the threshold method,a more detailed circular table segmentation method is given.Compared with the traditional color method and super green method,the segmentation is more fine and can accurately filter out the background noise which is similar to the color of the segmented target.This method is combined with the traditional morphological algorithm,which is used to extract the edges of fabric pattern and obtain good results.The method can be applied in various fields such as crop maturity,classification and classification,and has a good application value.
