摘要
分析了静重式扭矩标准机的力臂杠杆结构特点,借助有限元分析软件从力学理论上实现了对臂长变形量大小的预测,从设计环节就有效地控制变形量的允差。采用三次元精密测量机测出力臂杠杆的有效臂长,将其理论变形量大小进行融合以计算出其臂长误差,验证了该误差不足以对扭矩测量结果进行影响,从而满足相应准确度等级的扭矩标准机的技术要求。
Analysis for the structure characteristics of dead-weight torque standard machine lever,realizing to prediction for lever deformation based on mechanical theory by means of finite element analysis software and effectively controlling the deformation since the designing phase.The length of effective lever is measured by the three dimensional precision measuring machine and converged with the theoretical deformation to calculate the length error which is not influencing the measurement results.Finally,the length of the lever is meeting with the requirements of torque standard machine.
