摘要
随着静电技术日新月异的发展,静电场与流体力学的耦合成为了一个重大的研究课题。将静电雾化技术应用于农药喷洒成为了其主要的研究领域之一。通过静电雾化技术所产生的带电雾滴具有雾化尺寸较为均匀,运动轨迹可控,吸附率高等优点,因而,近年来在植保机械上得到了广泛的应用。本文将从喷雾机械的技术要求及其特点、雾滴充电方式的分类及其理论研究、液体的雾化机理及其物性参数对雾化效果的影响等方面展开系统的阐述,并在最后对静电喷雾技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
Since the 21st century,with the rapid development of electrostatic technology,the electrostatic field coupled with the fluid mechanics has become a major research topic.One of the main research fields is the application of electrostatic atomization technology to pesticide spraying.By the electrostatic atomization technology,the droplet atomization is more monodisperse,the direction can be controlled and the attachment rate is higher,and thus,it has been widely used in plant protection machinery in recent years.In this paper,the technical requirements and characteristics of the spray machine,the classification of the droplet charging method and its theoretical research,the atomization mechanism of the liquid and the influence of the physical parameters on the atomization effect will be discussed.In the end,the development trend of electrostatic spraying technology is forecasted.
