摘要
提出一种基于涡流探伤原理的轴承数字检测设计方法,脉冲涡流检测是探测头加载脉冲电流信号到激励线圈,产生电磁场,在轴承被测表面激发出涡流,涡流发出的信号的反磁场对不同轴承表面的信号产生畸变,根据检测到的检测信号各异,通过信号调理,甄别和信号处理,提取所需信号,抑制干扰信号,达到检测轴承损伤的目的。
Put forward a kind of bearing digital detection design method based on the principle of eddy current flaw detection,pulsed eddy current testing is loading pulse current signal to the drive coil detection head,produce electromagnetic fields,unleash the eddy current in the bearings tested surface,eddy current signals of the magnetic field of different signal distortion of the bearing surface,according to the detected signal,through the signal conditioning,identify and signal processing,the extraction of the needed signal,restrain interference signal,to achieve the purpose of detecting bearing damage signal.
